Shanxi Guanxin Forging Co., Ltd. was established in 1996, located in the "Hometown of Forging in China" - Dingxiang County, Shanxi Province, with a registered capital of 36 million yuan. The company covers an area of 29,200 square meters, with a building area of 8,500 square meters, and a total of 173 employees, including 14 engineering and technical personnel.
The company is one of the largest professional manufacturers of wind power flanges and forged flanges in the country, with strong strength and complete qualifications. The main products include wind power flanges, flanges, forgings, shafts, pressure vessel components, and various ring parts, with a maximum diameter of up to 6 meters and a single weight of up to 30 tons. In addition to meeting the needs of domestic industries such as petroleum, chemical, and electric power, most products are exported to the United States, Canada, Japan, Southeast Asia, and other countries and regions.
The main equipment of the company includes a CNC ring rolling machine, an 8T free forging hammer, a 4T free forging hammer, a vertical lathe, a CNC lathe, a radial drilling machine, and more than 20 key equipment such as electric heat treatment furnaces. The product testing instruments include UT, MT, spectrometers, and laser leveling instruments, all of which are complete and reliable. The newly built energy-saving and emission-reducing gas heating furnace has been put into use, with an annual production capacity of up to 15,000 tons.
